United Tissue Network is looking for a Donor Services Representative, this position will serve as the primary contact for the donor and is responsible for overall donor satisfaction. The Donor Services Representative is expected to provide case management services to the donor families, excellent customer service, build donor relationships, represent donor needs and goals to the team, and encourage new and repeat donations. This position is an 8-hour shift and will include the need for weekends on occasion (mandatory). The weekends will be on a rotating schedule. United Tissue Network is a whole-body tissue Nonprofit 501(c)(3) company.
