Job summary

Self Enhancement, Inc. is seeking a Development Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day fundraising operations.

Responsibilities include gift processing, donor data management, online giving administration, and collaboration with the Development Team to produce accurate reports and dashboards. The role focuses on ensuring data integrity, timely donor acknowledgments, and reliable financial reconciliation in partnership with the Finance department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of nonprofit administration, fundraising operations, database management, gift processing, or related field.
• Excellent data entry, database management, and recordkeeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proven experience with CRM databases, reports, and administrative systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling donor information.

Responsibilities

• Gift Processing and Data Management: Accurately entering information into the donor database (CRM) and processing online and offline gifts.
• Generating gift acknowledgments and tax receipts in a timely manner; maintaining donor records and data integrity.
• Conduct routine database maintenance and reporting on fundraising activities and donor data.
