Job summary

Women In Need (Win) is seeking a Development Operations Coordinator to support daily operations of the development team. You will process donor gifts, maintain donor records in Salesforce, and support campaigns and events with accurate data entry and reporting.

Reporting to the Manager, Gift Processing & Research, you will help ensure donor stewardship, reconcile gifts with Finance, and keep records organized.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of administrative or nonprofit development experience.
• Experience with gift processing or database management.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM/database systems preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process donor gifts accurately and timely, including checks, credit cards, wire transfers, stock gifts, and donor-advised fund contributions.
• Generate and distribute donor acknowledgment letters and stewardship communications.
• Maintain donor records and data within Salesforce.
• Perform data quality reviews and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare deposit documentation and support gift reconciliation with Finance.
• Maintain organized records and supporting documentation for gifts, deposits, and donor activity.
• Support fundraising campaigns and events through data entry, donor tracking, and reporting.
• Respond to donor inquiries and provide administrative support to the Development team.
• Process Development mail and gift-related correspondence.
• Participate in cross-training and support other administrative projects as assigned.
• Communicate workload status, processing needs, and operational issues proactively.
