Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Donor Ministries Representative for 2nd shift in North Wilkesboro, NC. You will interface with donors, make outbound calls, and respond to donor inquiries while upholding ministry standards and compassion.

The role requires a four-year degree with relevant experience and proficiency across several software systems used for donor management. The position is full-time with benefits and a focus on compassionate action.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree and 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with ten listed software systems to troubleshoot donations and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Interface with donors and the general public.
• Make outbound donor calls.
• Read, sort, and respond to emails in donation inboxes.
• Apply critical thinking to interpret donor requests and meet standards.
• Support seasonal needs and promotional campaigns for the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
