Job summary

MDS Communications is seeking an entry-level Call Center Representative in North Carolina. You will join a team that calls on behalf of clients, using scripts to engage donors and secure donations.

We'll provide in-depth training, a dedicated home workspace, and a chance to advance to higher responsibilities in a faith-based, recovery-friendly organization. Compensation is hourly with benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more outbound telemarketing experience or a stable long-term work history.
• Dedicated wired internet connection at home.
• A quiet place to work at home, free from interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and orientation.
• Call on behalf of multiple clients during an 8-hour shift.
• Engage donors with a positive, scripted approach to secure gifts.
• Maintain fundraising and productivity metrics as required.
