Job summary

MDS Communications Corporation is hiring entry-level Call Center Representatives in North Carolina. You will be part of a faith-based team supporting major charitable organizations and donors through scripted outreach and professional speaking on behalf of clients.

This role includes training, shifts of up to 40 hours, a stable home setup with wired internet, and the opportunity to grow into leadership or donor services positions while contributing to meaningful causes.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more outbound telemarketing experience or a stable long-term work history.
• Dedicated wired internet connection and a quiet place to work from home.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Commitment to charitable and non-profit causes represented by clients.

Responsibilities

• Call for 4–8 different clients over an 8 hour day using predictive dialing.
• Communicate with donors in a positive, engaging and scripted manner.
• Secure financial gifts from donors on behalf of clients.
• Maintain fundraising and productivity metrics.
