Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent and one year of related experience or training.
• Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office suite and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound/outbound phone calls to assist homeowners affected by disaster.
• Communicate and minister to homeowners, keeping them informed during the application process.
• Maintain knowledge of the ministry and support phone calls for other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
