Job summary

Goodwill NCW Jobs is seeking a team-oriented individual to support donation processing in a busy backroom environment. You will greet donors, unload donations, and perform daily counts while ensuring safety and organization.

Responsibilities include operating power equipment, sorting items, and preparing pallets for transport. A consistent schedule including holidays and weekends may be required to meet team needs.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists donors in a prompt and friendly manner to unload donations.
• Maintains accurate daily counts of donations and keeps areas clean.
• Safely loads/unloads trailers and operates power equipment as trained.
• Sorts donations into correct categories and labels pallets for transport.
• Adheres to pallet jack and compactor procedures and works with team.
