Job summary

Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Donor Ministries Representative for 2nd shift in North Wilkesboro, NC. You will interface with donors, make outbound calls, and respond to donor inquiries while upholding ministry standards and compassion.

The role requires a four-year degree with relevant experience and proficiency across several software systems used for donor management. The position is full-time with benefits and a focus on compassionate action.

Qualifications

Four-year college degree and 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
Proficiency with ten listed software systems to troubleshoot donations and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

Interface with donors and the general public.
Make outbound donor calls.
Read, sort, and respond to emails in donation inboxes.
Apply critical thinking to interpret donor requests and meet standards.
Support seasonal needs and promotional campaigns for the team.

We are seeking a Donor Ministries Representative to join our 2nd Shift Donor Ministries team in North Wilkesboro, NC. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

In the role of Donor Ministries Representative, you will have the opportunity to:

Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
Interface with donors and general public
Make outbound calls
Apply critical thinking an problem solving skills to read an interpret donor request Meet or exceed all ministry quality standards following procedures and guidelines regarding professionalism, timeliness, accuracy and compassion
Read, sort, and respond to emails in the info, giving, E-Update and projects inbox
Participate in support of seasonal needs, special assignments, and promotional campaigns for the response team
Other duties as assigned

What are the qualifications?

As a qualified candidate, you will have the following skills and experience:

Four-year college or university program degree and one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
This role requires proficiency in ten different software systems to troubleshoot and resolve donation issues and to collaborate with other departments (DonorStudio, PayConex, WebServices, Avaya, Workfront, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and multiple web browsers)
