Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to join the World Medical Mission team in North Wilkesboro, NC. The role focuses on guiding and supporting volunteers during international medical service assignments, coordinating travel, logistics, and donor relations, and maintaining records for ongoing ministry operations.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of related experience, with English fluency and domestic travel up to about 15 days per year.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports and procedures.
• Ability to analyze information, collect data, and make sound decisions.

Responsabilités

• Provide Christ-centered guidance and logistical oversight to volunteers throughout the service assignment.
• Serve as a liaison between volunteers, hospital staff, travel agencies, and donors.
• Coordinate financial and administrative processes and donor reimbursements.
• Manage complex logistical needs and emergencies for volunteers.
• Maintain volunteer records and assist with orientation materials and training.
• Support ministry communication, prepare reports and presentations, and participate in meetings.
