Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with screening in compliance with SOPs.
• Record donor information and health data in the electronic system.
• Educate donors on screening procedures and center policies as trained.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety during the donation process.
• Cross-train in other areas to meet center needs.
