Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a center staff member to greet donors and guide them through the screening and registration steps for plasma pheresis. The role requires careful data recording, adherence to SOPs, and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include health checks, answering inquiries, and ensuring donor safety during the donation process. Training may expand duties to additional center tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through registration procedures.
• Assist donors in screening processes per SOPs and record health data accurately.
• Perform basic health checks (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick for hematocrit and total protein.
• Educate donors about the donation process and center policies as training allows.
• Answer phones and route inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor reactions during/after pheresis and escalate as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information and keep work area clean and stocked.
• Possible cross-training in other center duties as needed.
