Job summary

OneLegacy is seeking a Donor Information Coordinator in Azusa, CA. The role centers on timely review and completion of donor case files, coordination with hospitals, ME/Coroner offices, and processors, and accurate data entry.

You will support the team in meeting chart completion goals and ensure regulatory compliance. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and CTBS certification within 2 years, with at least two years of recovery experience; in-person work with shifts and weekend

Qualifications

• Two years recovery experience preferred.
• CTBS certification to be obtained within 2 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completion of donor case files in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Expedite review of donor files and resolve issues with ocular/tissue processors.
• Obtain medical records, lab results, autopsy reports and other required documentation.
• Maintain donor information accuracy in databases and communicate with processors.
