Donor Network of Arizona is seeking a Donor Legacy Charge to lead shift operations and ensure compassionate family donation conversations. You will mentor DLAs, coordinate with clinical and hospital teams, and drive quality and performance across Donor Legacy operations.

Qualifications include 3+ years in Donor Legacy roles, a Master’s degree, and CPTC/CEPTC or CTBS certification. The role offers growth opportunities within a values-driven nonprofit environment in Arizona.

Formación

• 3 years of experience as Donor Legacy Advocate, Family Services Coordinator, or similar OPO role.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in OPO lead, preceptor, charge or supervisory positions preferred.
• Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC/CEPTC) and/or Certified Tissue Banking Specialist (CTBS) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Donor Legacy shift operations, directing staff and balancing workload in real-time.
• Coach and support Donor Legacy Advocates during cases, escalating risks when needed.
• Support compassionate, informed family donation conversations in line with policy.
• Collaborate with Organ Advisor on Call, ROC, ORO, and HE&S teams for care planning.
• Monitor case activity for quality, provide training feedback, and participate in reviews.
• Attend meetings and maintain SOP/CEU knowledge; support special projects.
