Job summary

OneLegacy, the nation’s largest organ, eye, and tissue recovery organization in Orange, CA, seeks a Referral Clinical Coordinator (Temporary) to assist hospitals in identifying potential donors, review medical information, and guide donor management in collaboration with medical teams.

This in-person role requires EMT/Paramedic or LVN license, medical terminology experience, and strong communication to coordinate brain death notes and donation processes across recovery centers.

Qualifications

• Education: EMT, Paramedic or LVN license.
• Experience: Required work experience in the medical field/medical terminology.
• Certification/License: A current California driver’s license, auto insurance based on California minimal insurance coverage standards and reliable automotive transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist hospitals to identify and refer potential donors.
• Gather and interpret medical information to aid donor suitability.
• Facilitate brain death documentation review and donor management to preserve donation opportunities.
