Baptist Health Foundation seeks a Gift Administration & Fund Compliance Specialist to manage gift agreements, donor restrictions, and fund administration across the philanthropic portfolio. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Donor Relations to ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with donor intent and policy standards.

The role requires independence, sound judgment, and initiative to resolve complex issues in gift administration while supporting lifecycle

Qualifications

• Experience with fundraising CRM preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis, financial reconciliation.
• Knowledge of gift administration, donor restrictions, fund management concepts.
• Analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to discretion and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilités

• Administer gift agreements and philanthropic funds.
• Monitor donor restrictions and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support lifecycle of philanthropic funds from establishment to reporting and stewardship.
• Provide analytical insights to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
