Baptist Health Hardin Foundation in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Coordinator to manage administrative work and key Foundation projects. You will lead the gift intake process, manage data systems, and support reporting functions for the Chief Development Officer.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of administrative or office management experience, including project/leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative work and projects for the Foundation and related Chief Development Officer initiatives.
• Lead gift intake process, data management system and research/reporting functions.
• Coordinate work of BHH Foundation Committees and Officers with the Chief Development Officer.
• Support the Chief Development Officer in daily activities.
