Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and acknowledge gifts accurately, including complex gifts.
• Maintain donor files, update records, and avoid data loss.
• Prepare month-end reports and ensure audit compliance.
• Coordinate tribute programs and donor recognition activities.
• Support events, including registration, cash handling, and safety controls.
• Assist with direct mail and other fundraising initiatives.
• Work with payroll to coordinate employee gifts and updates.
