Job summary

Baptist Health Foundation is hiring a Senior Development Coordinator to manage a donor portfolio under Foundation leadership. You will prepare gift proposals, solicit sponsorships, and oversee underwriting, in-kind, and cause-related gifts, while maintaining donor records and tracking metrics.

The role may require representing the Foundation at community events and after-hours work. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of fundraising experience, strong organizational skills, proficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of fundraising experience.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Raiser's Edge experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Personable with a high comfort level dealing with the public.
• Able to work after-hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare gift proposals and solicit sponsorships.
• Underwrite, and manage in-kind and cause-related gifts.
• Maintain donor records and surface major gifts.
• Track donor and events metrics as assigned.
• Represent the Foundation at community events.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work independently with general guidance.
