Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Effective communication with donors and staff.
• Ability to work with a diverse team and adapt to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guests, open doors, engage by name when possible.
• Assess donor eligibility via medical history and verifications.
• Perform donor health history and basic assessment during donation.
• Escort donors and handoff to the collections team.
• Maintain storefront appearance and assist with operations.
• Participate in donor experience training and events.
