Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively, tactfully, and courteously to patrons, donors, sponsors, and co-workers.
• Ability to work with all levels and in a diverse work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guests with a warm, professional welcome and assist with check-in.
• Assess donor eligibility via medical history and screening processes.
• Support donor collection and hand off to collections team.
• Maintain cleanliness and inviting storefront donor areas during operations.
• Engage donors, communicate organizational values, and provide education as needed.
