The Blood Connection, Incorporated is seeking a patient-focused team member to welcome donors, assist with eligibility screening, and support donor collection processes. This role serves as the first point of contact and helps ensure a positive donor experience.

Advancement opportunities are available to train and become a Phlebotomist, with a focus on professionalism, excellent customer service, and alignment with the organization's mission. Flexible weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guests to create a welcoming environment.
• Assess donor eligibility through verification and medical history.
• Perform donor health history and basic physical assessment.
• Support donor collection and ensure proper handoff to staff.
• Maintain clean, inviting storefront areas during hours.
• Engage donors and communicate The Blood Connection values.
• Participate in blood drives and events as needed.
• Provide reception and telephone duties as assigned.
• Maintain professional, courteous service.
