Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with donors and staff.
• Ability to work weekends and adapt to schedule changes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register donors and perform health history assessments.
• Provide information and ensure a positive donor experience.
• Assist donor through collection and coordinate with the team.
• Maintain storefront appearance and professional conduct.
• Participate in events and other duties as assigned.
