The Blood Connection is seeking an entry-level donor services associate who will welcome and register donors, perform donor health history and basic assessments, and support the donation process with care and professionalism.

The role offers on-the-job training to become a Phlebotomist and encourages advancement, with the potential for weekend shifts and varied hours to meet donor needs. A strong customer-service attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with no major infractions.
• Effective communication with patrons and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guests and build rapport.
• Assess donor eligibility through medical history and tests.
• Assist in donor collection and ensure proper handoff.
• Maintain storefront cleanliness and appearance.
• Engage donors and convey TBC values and mission.
• Provide reception and telephone support tasks.
• Participate in blood drives and events.
