Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guests warmly to set a positive first impression.
• Verify appointments and engage donors by name.
• Assess donor eligibility via medical history and screening.
• Provide educational materials to donors.
• Escort donor to the collection phase and hand off to staff.
• Maintain a clean, inviting storefront during hours.
• Share The Blood Connection's donor experience and mission with visitors.
