Job summary

The Blood Connection is seeking a courteous donor services associate to welcome donors, perform health screenings, and support the donation process. This role serves as the first point of contact, maintains a professional appearance, and ensures a positive donor experience in alignment with our mission.

Advancement opportunities exist to train toward phlebotomy, with paid on-the-job instruction and schedule flexibility to work weekends and varying hours.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with donors and patrons.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guests warmly to establish rapport.
• Assess donor eligibility via medical history and screening.
• Perform donor health history and assist during donation process.
• Maintain clean, welcoming storefront areas during hours.
• Support donor collections and coordinate with staff.
