The Blood Connection, Incorporated in North Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking an entry-level donor center associate to welcome donors, register them, and perform donor health history and basic assessment. This role offers paid on-the-job training with potential advancement to a Phlebotomist.

You will reflect professionalism, deliver outstanding customer service, and work varied hours including weekends; schedules may change with short notice. Training provided and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guests, open doors, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assess donor eligibility using computer verification and medical history.
• Assist donor collection with health history and proper materials.
• Maintain storefront appearance and ensure clean, inviting spaces.
• Provide courteous service and support donor flow.
