Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with patrons, donors, sponsors, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guests warmly and professionally to create a welcoming donor experience.
• Assess donor eligibility through medical history review and screening results.
• Support donor collection and ensure proper handoff to collections team.
• Maintain storefront appearance, cleanliness, and inviting environment during operations.
• Communicate organizational values and donor experience vision to patrons.
• Participate in donor experience training and assist with events as needed.
