PBS Utah, KUER 90.1 and Avanza 88.3 are seeking a Donor Services Assistant to join our team at PBS Utah Campus. This full-time role focuses on donor relations, processing donations, and fulfilling donor thank-you gifts.

The position requires strong customer service, basic software skills (Word, Excel, Google Suite), and reliable attendance. Occasional hybrid/remote work opportunities may be available.

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent with two years of related experience; strong communication and data entry skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel; typing 45+ WPM; ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent customer service to donors, viewers, and listeners via phone, email, and mail.
• Process donations and update donor records in databases.
• Support donor services operations and shipping of gifts.
• Assist with in-person events and staff as needed.
