Job summary

PBS Wisconsin and Wisconsin Public Radio seek a Membership Services Specialist to nurture donor relationships and support fundraising campaigns. You’ll handle member inquiries, process gifts, and coordinate with the development team using our CRM system, while delivering exceptional service from the Vilas Communication Hall on the UW–Madison campus.

The role is full-time with core hours 8:30–5:00, hybrid options after a three-month on-site training, and occasional after-hours drives.

Qualifications

• Established one-on-one customer relationship building
• Experience with CRM databases and interpreting donor data
• Fluency in Excel and other Microsoft products
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact to members and colleagues via phone or in person
• Oversee training, answer questions, and act as a resource to the team
• Manage fulfillment and distribution for donors or customers
• Troubleshoot technical and collaborative functions to boost efficiency
• Analyze financial/inventory data, identify discrepancies, and implement basic solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues to shape unit planning and strategy
• Process financial transactions following established policies and procedures
