The Wisconsin Public Radio and PBS Wisconsin Member Services team at UW‑Madison is seeking a Membership Services Specialist to strengthen donor relationships, handle inquiries, process transactions, and support fundraising goals. This role offers collaboration with the development team and opportunities to improve donor stewardship through CRM workflows.

You will work in a hybrid schedule at Vilas Communication Hall, with some remote work, and receive on-site training for the first three months.

Qualifikationen

• Established work history in one-on-one customer relationship building.
• Experience with CRM databases and ability to interpret donor data.
• Fluency in Excel and other Microsoft products.

Aufgaben

• Serves as a point of contact to members and colleagues and assists with inquiries in accordance with established fundraising best practices, policies, and procedures, either on the phone or in person
• Engages in, or oversees training, answers questions, and serves as a resource to the unit
• Manages the fulfillment and distribution process for donors or customers
• Troubleshoots technical and collaborative functions to maximize the efficiency and efficacy of the unit
• Analyzes financial and/or inventory data, reports and records, identifies discrepancies, investigates, recommends, and implements basic solutions as needed
• Collaborates with colleagues to contribute to unit planning and strategy
• Processes financial transactions, following established policies and procedures to ensure accurate recording, reporting, and reconciliation
