Job summary

PBS KVIE in Sacramento is seeking an Administrative Donor Services Associate to support the Leadership Giving team. You will handle donor inquiries, process gifts, and prepare acknowledgment letters to ensure a positive donor experience.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office and donor CRM systems. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required to support events; a California driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of administrative experience in nonprofit development or a donor-facing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the department point of contact for donor inquiries and payments issues.
• Process donations and acknowledgments in the donor database.
• Prepare and route weekly donor acknowledgement letters and mail-house processing.
• Maintain donor and prospect files and track giving.
• Run and distribute standard/automated reports to the team.
• Coordinate Development Committee logistics and event support.
