Job summary

Goodwill Houston is seeking a friendly associate to ensure a world-class donor experience by welcoming donors, processing donations, and maintaining an organized donation flow. You will handle furniture donations, operate carts and pallet jacks, and record donations on the donor tablet to support the charity's mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.

• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class donor experience by greeting donors promptly and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Accept, sort, and process incoming donations according to guidelines.
• Assist with movingFurniture donations and loading/unloading equipment as needed.
• Record donations using the donor tablet and issue receipts to donors.
• Follow PPE safety protocols and report incidents or injuries.
• Perform janitorial and housekeeping duties and ensure safety of staff, donors, and property.
