Job summary

Goodwill Houston is seeking an Associate to provide a friendly donor experience, accept and process donations, and assist with loading and unloading items while maintaining safety standards. You will work in a fast-paced donation center, greet donors, and ensure accurate record-keeping and receipts.

The role requires effective communication, a flexible schedule, and reliable transportation to support daily operations and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication with diverse individuals.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and provide world-class customer service.
• Accept, sort, and process donations per guidelines.
• Handle furniture donations and place in staging areas.
• Record donations using donor tablet and issue receipts.
• Ensure PPE is used and safety guidelines followed.
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of work areas.
