Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Donor Greeter to welcome donors and customers and assist with basic questions. The role supports mission-driven store operations and revenue generation to fund programs.

Under Store Manager, you will help accept donations, price and sort items, and train team members and volunteers. You should be reliable, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and commit to punctual attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers and assist with basic questions.
• Meet production standards for stemming, hanging, pricing, sorting, stocking, and pulling.
• Work quickly to ensure production standards, guidelines and deadlines are met.
• Sort donations according to company guidelines.
• Perform basic calculations to track donations, count production, and price donated goods within Goodwill guidelines.
• Handle and process incoming donations per Goodwill policies, including the use of a pallet jack.
