Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is hiring a Donor Greeter to welcome donors and customers and help with basic questions while supporting efficient store operations.

Under Store Manager, you will accept donations, assist in processing goods, train team members and volunteers, and ensure safety and cleanliness in the workspace.

This role requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and adherence to Goodwill policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must pass skills and knowledge assessment testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting donors and customers.
• Accept merchandise donations according to policy and assist in processing.
• Assist in training team members and volunteers.
• Maintain neat, clean processing area and proper housekeeping.
• Adapt to flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
