Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is hiring a Donor Greeter to welcome donors and customers, help with questions, and support efficient store operations. You will participate in processing donations and assist with training store staff and volunteers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read and write in English, and reliable attendance. Tasks include sorting, pricing and stocking donations, with occasional lifting and safety

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to greet donors and customers and answer basic questions.
• Ability to meet production standards for sorting, pricing, stocking and pulling.
• Capable of quick decision-making in a fast-paced team environment.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers; provide assistance with general inquiries.
• Sort donations using company guidelines and process donation receipts.
• Maintain cheerful disposition; perform janitorial tasks as assigned.
