Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is hiring a Donor Greeter to welcome donors and customers, assist with basic questions, and support donation processing in a fast-paced store environment.

You will help with sorting, pricing, stocking, and keeping the area tidy, while working under the Store Manager and contributing to a collaborative team. A high school diploma and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to pass skills and knowledge assessment testing.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting donors and customers.
• Sort donations according to company guidelines.
• Must price donated goods within Goodwill guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of donations and issue receipts.
• Assist in training team members.
