Job summary

Evansville Goodwill is hiring a Donor Greeter to warmly welcome donors and customers while assisting with basic inquiries and rapid processing of donations. This role supports store operations that fund mission programs.

Under Store Manager guidance, you will greet donors, help with pricing, sorting, and stocking, and assist in training team members and volunteers in a fast-paced environment. English communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Pass skills and knowledge assessment testing.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers and assist with basic questions.
• Meet production standards for sorting, pricing, and stocking.
• Work quickly to ensure production standards and deadlines are met.
• Sort donations according to guidelines.
• Perform basic calculations to track donations and pricing.
• Handle donations and processing with pallet jack usage as needed.
• Maintain cheerful disposition and team-focused attitude.
