Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. invites applications for a Donor Greeter to warmly welcome donors and customers, assist with basic questions, and help process donations in a fast-paced store.

Under the Store Manager, you will be part of the Donated Goods Retail Operations team, uphold Goodwill policies, and support training for team members and volunteers while ensuring safe, efficient store operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Able to meet production standards for stemming, hanging, pricing, sorting, stocking, and pulling.
• Able to read and write English and perform basic calculations.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Load and sort donations according to policy.
• Maintain accurate records of donations and issue receipts to donors.
• Assist in training team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe processing area and follow Goodwill housekeeping standards.
