Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; health care degree/certification preferred.
• 4–6 years phlebotomy experience; relevant experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, safety rules, and manuals.
• Proficiency with Alyx and Trima systems; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Provide training and mentoring; potential Team Lead duties.
• Deliver donor care with excellent customer service and assist donors as needed.
• Manage site setup, equipment, and transport logistics; coordinate mobile drives.
• Rebook donors and maintain accurate records; support incident investigations.
