Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year job-related experience preferred.
• 1-3 years relevant people facing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of standardized work routines and procedures is required.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs and safety rules.

• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Delivers service-centric donor experience with professionalism and courtesy.
• May conduct automation (Alyx and/or Trima) and recruit for automation.
• Fosters teamwork and maintains a positive, respectful culture.
• Maintains donor identification accuracy and completes department records.
