Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• GED required.
• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Health care related degree or certification is acceptable.
• Must meet regulatory and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Understands and performs to all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Leads donor collection team, redirects issues and problems that arise from Donor Specialists; provide feedback and follow through.
• Treats donors with customer service excellence and adds value to the donation experience through professional relationships.
• Trains and mentors team members in all aspects of the role.
• Performs phlebotomy and related automation (Alyx and/or Trima).
• Ensures safe transport and proper documentation of donors and units.
