Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred (1-3 years).
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs and manuals.
• Strong problem solving and good judgement.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor collection team and provide feedback to staff.
• Perform phlebotomy including automation (Alyx/Trima).
• Screen donors and conduct mini-physical as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety for donors.
• Prepare and package units for transport; maintain records.
• Train and mentor team; resolve donor issues promptly.
• Support mobile drives; operate and maintain equipment.
• Monitor quality results and escalate issues to leadership.
