Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is hiring a part-time Donor Service Representative at the Thorndale store in Thorndale, PA. You will greet donors, assist with donations, issue receipts, and provide information about Goodwill programs.

The role involves loading/unloading donations, maintaining clean donor areas, and supporting transportation activities. Applicants should be at least 18 years old, possess strong communication and customer service skills, be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50

Responsibilities

Greets donors in a pleasant and professional manner and promotes Goodwill Keystone Area.
Assists donors with donations; unloads donations and issues receipts; informs donors of program information.
Completes donor tracking paperwork accurately and timely.
Assists transportation by loading/unloading trucks and moving materials between areas.
Maintains clean and orderly donor and production areas; ensures safety precautions.
Supports programs and events and participates in organizational activities.
Communicates progress, problems and concerns to the Production Manager.
