Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Donor Service Representative to greet donors, assist with donations, issue receipts and share information about the organization. This non-exempt role supports the Donated Goods Retail department and reports to the Production Manager.

You will help unload donations, maintain clean donor areas, and participate in safety procedures while delivering friendly, efficient service to donors and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, hear, read and write.
• Must be able to communicate in English with donors and customers.
• Ability to present a neat and positive appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a pleasant and professional manner and promote Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Assist donors with donations, unload donations from vehicles, issue receipts, and provide information.
• Complete donor tracking paperwork accurately and on time.
• Support transportation activities including loading/unloading trucks and moving materials.
• Maintain a clean and orderly donor and production area and participate in safety protocols.
• Assist in pricing hard goods and supporting events and programs.
