Job summary

Chapman-Partnership in Miami, FL is seeking a Donor Relations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Development Manager. This role coordinates donor research, micro-donor campaigns, gift logs, and stewardship to strengthen philanthropic support.

The position focuses on donor records integrity, timely acknowledgments, and cross-functional project coordination across development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Knowledge of fundraising research and private foundations is preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ clerical/administrative or nonprofit experience.
• Proficient with Donor CRM software or Salesforce platform(s).

Responsibilities

• Maintain gift logs and donor records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate micro donor stewardship, including follow-up communications and recognition.
• Oversee returned mail processes and update donor contact information in the database.
• Support donor retention through personalized communications and stewardship initiatives.
• Coordinate micro-donor acquisition, retention, and engagement campaigns.
• Serve as co-lead for NextGen donor engagement initiatives.
• Assist with recruitment, engagement, and stewardship of emerging philanthropists and young professionals.
• Schedule NextGen meetings, events, and fundraising activities; track follow-ups.
