• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage various audiences.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of base-level donors with focus on retention and relationship-building.
• Proactive outreach via phone, text, email, video meetings, and handwritten notes.
• Execute donor appeals to secure financial support from the base-level portfolio.
• Identify upgrade potential and support moves to mid- or major-donor levels.
• Document all donor interactions in HubSpot in a timely manner.
• Track KPIs like touchpoints, upgrades, retention, and annual fund revenue growth.
