Job summary

YWCA Columbus is seeking an experienced administrative professional to manage and execute a wide range of clerical tasks for the advancement team. You will coordinate schedules, prepare materials, maintain donor CRM records, and support fundraising events.

The role requires collaboration with internal staff and external stakeholders, sharp communication, and the ability to work in a hybrid office environment. A strong commitment to the mission and organizational goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business administration, communications, social services, and/or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years administrative and project management experience required.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills; detail-oriented and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling and logistical support for the CAEO and Director of Donor Engagement, including meetings, briefings, materials, reservations, and space setup.
• Maintains donor CRM records with accurate interactions and follow-up.
• Supports fundraising events and initiatives, including sponsorships and donor communications; manages gift processing.
• Assist with enterprise CRM migration and data integration with cross-functional teams.
• Develops and deploys email campaigns and workflows in the CRM to support donor engagement and fundraising outcomes.
