Qualifications

Responsibilities

• System and Data Management: assist with OSU Foundation systems (LawVu, Salesforce) and donor records.
• Campus and Unit Partnerships: coordinate onboarding and proposal development with campus partners.
• Administrative and Financial Coordination: monitor budgets and process expenses and cards.
• Donor and Portfolio Support: prepare briefing notes and update donor records.
• Calendar and Meeting Management: organize DOs calendars and donor visit logistics.
• Reporting and Ticketing: prepare weekly/monthly reports and track KPIs.
